Free Team Size Calculator
Build your roster once and get a clean, per-style size breakdown for jerseys, uniforms and one-piece suits. Paste from Excel or CSV, catch mistakes before ordering, and print or export a ready-to-send order form.
What you can do
Roster table
Add players with name, number, garment style, top or one-piece size, bottom size and notes — one row per member, editable at any time.
Per-style totals
Every style is summarized on its own. Tops, bottoms and one-piece garments are counted separately and never mixed.
Excel & CSV in/out
Paste columns straight from Excel or Google Sheets, import CSV files, and export a spreadsheet your supplier can open directly.
Size chart maker
Create measurement charts with body vs garment dimensions, automatic cm ⇄ inch conversion, CSV export and print-ready tables.
Order checks
Duplicate numbers, missing sizes, blank names and rows without a valid style are flagged before you place the order.
Private by default
Everything runs in your browser. Your roster is saved only on this device and never uploaded to any server.
How it works
1. Create your team
Name the order and add the garment styles you need — jerseys, shorts, jackets or one-piece suits.
2. Fill in the roster
Type rows by hand or paste the whole list from Excel / Google Sheets. Chinese and English headers are both recognized.
3. Review the summary
Check the per-style size counts, fix any flagged rows, and add custom sizes if your supplier uses them.
4. Export or print
Download the CSV or print the order form and send it to your supplier or team manager.
Frequently asked questions
- Is FitKit really free?
- Yes. The size calculator and the size chart maker are free to use with no sign-up, no roster limits and no watermarks. An optional link to custom apparel services helps keep it that way.
- Where is my data stored?
- In your browser's local storage on this device only. Roster data is never uploaded to a server, never appears in URLs, and is deleted when you press the Clear data button.
- Can I import from Excel?
- Yes. Copy your columns in Excel or Google Sheets and paste them into the import dialog, or import a CSV file. Header names in English or Chinese are recognized automatically.
- Can I use my own size names?
- Yes. XS–4XL are built in, and you can add custom size names such as XXL, 2XS or numeric sizes — they appear everywhere sizes are selected or counted.
- Are tops, bottoms and one-piece suits counted separately?
- Yes. Each garment style is summarized on its own, and top sizes, bottom sizes and one-piece sizes are never added together.
- Does it work on mobile?
- Yes. The tables adapt to small screens so you can add members, change sizes and read the summary from a phone or tablet.
